VStoreRepair.exe - Virtual store diagnostic utility. Right-click on this link and save it to your desktop. Then right-click on the VStoreRepair.exe icon on your desktop and select "Run As Admin". Finally, send us an email and press CTRL-V in the body of the email to paste the results from this utility.
